Personal Philosophy
The fact is any business can have times of great success as well as tough times, I feel it is my duty to be there in the tough times while not taking undue credit in the good times. Relationship banking to me means that I am part of your business strategy and should therefore act as an advisor, coach, and mentor not a dictator. Like many banks, I expect loyalty from clients but differ from my competitors in that I also reciprocate that loyalty by always doing what is best for your business.
