Often we have allowed our products and services to be viewed as commodities, where there is little or no differential between one financial institution and another. I don't accept that, I believe in engaging our clients on an ongoing basis and providing candid advice. Thoughtful constructive feedback that develops lasting trust and respect. Over time better decisions are made, this builds real value for our clients.
