Personal Philosophy
With two young children at home, I am reminded you can learn something new every day. When I started teaching my son my favorite hobby, snowboarding, he quickly learned that success comes when you get back up after a fall—and you do that as many times as it takes. As adults, we understand how that's a metaphor for life.
